Fluconazole is a drug belonging to
the class of anti fungals called triazoles. It is used for treating various
fungal infections in different parts of the body, including yeast infections
of the vagina, mouth, throat, esophagus , abdomen , lungs. The drug is also
used for treating meningitis, also caused by fungus.

Working
The drug acts by preventing and slowing the fungi growth and thus avoiding
any infection. Eg: The growth of fungi that cause infection.

part infected.

Side Effects
The drug has certain side effects, that can affect individuals in different
